Even though we had only just met our fellow hikers at the start of the walk, the atmosphere was so friendly & relaxed that it really did just feel like hiking with friends. Despite the scrambling elements of the walk we felt very safe the whole time. We also really loved learning about the plants growing on the route on our way up, which Kyle took the time to point out. 10/10 recommend!

  Our guide, Robert, was incredible. He was a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and accommodating guide. I really enjoyed his positive energy and stories about the lands and his local experience. The hike... read more itself was stunning and provided a moderate challenge, including climbing with staples and chains.
I would be reluctant to recommend this experience to someone with a limited fitness level or an overwhelming fear of heights.
I felt the experience was overpriced and did not disclose that there would be an additional expense (of ~$15) associated with using the cableway until the day before the hike. Those with climbing experience would not need a guide. Though, for safety reasons, I would recommend doing it with at least one other person.

The mission ahead was... read more Indiana Vunstoor, a legendary trail said to have claimed the lives of all but the bravest and most skilled climbers - yet no trepidation in my heart could remain unconquered by my guide's, Kyle's, expert reassurance. They say the fallen souls that line the trail meet their untimely demise through a slip of the shoe on the rock, a weakening of grip on the chain, a misplacement of weight. I scrambled up craggy rocks, bleeding myself on the odd jutting edge - but throughout my grueling ordeal, Kyle was a shining beacon of wisdom and guidance, reaching through my growing despair to lift my soul with fresh exuberance. When, at last, I stood at that gnarly beast's summit, clocking a new world-record completion time, I knew my achievement was owed entirely to Kyle's limitless generosity, depth of experience, and striking facial features.
I would recommend all to take this trail, or any others, with Kyle / another guide in this group!
