The scenery was incredible and... read more it was so much more rewarding to hike up than take the car. Our guide, Kyle C, was a different Kyle than host Kyle but was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with all hikers needs, and even made us tea! We had a hiker who got sick and another who had a fear of heights and had to turn around, and Kyle was very helpful getting them down and checking on them through phone until they got to the top in the cable car. 10/10 would recommend this experience.

Ian was a wonderful guide who ensured our safety and was... read more engaging and thoughtful of all members on the group. Having gone on a big walk at Cape Point the previous day our muscles were already a bit fatigued when we started, but Ian made sure we were encouraged along at times and allowed plenty of rest stops. Despite having to change hike location and not having clear views at the top due to weather, it was a very memorable experience.
You really do need a good level of fitness and courage to tackle the terrain as our walk at Camps Bay was alot of vertical steps. If you do this hike, do yourself a favour and change into a clean shirt, climb the extra 2 sets of stairs to go to la Belle resturant on the Camps Bay waterfront for a lovely brunch and ocean views. ( The toilets there are super luxurious).

  Kyle was welcoming !! He really made the hike a lot more enjoyable with his knowledge of the area. I also enjoyed the local tea & snack that he provided !
