Where Luxury Meets Adventure

  My friend and I were so excited about this experience but ended up being very disappointed. We took a very commercial, well-traveled route to Diving Board Rock, which we could... read more have done on our own without a guide. Kyle did not check in with us to ensure we all had enough water and supplies for the hike. We did not learn about the wildlife like it was described in the posting. We wanted to have jerky and coffee but we were never offered it as an add on. After we climbed up the mountain, we individually took a few photos and Kyle wrapped it up quickly and said we had to immediately go down without explanation. The weather was fine and other groups started their climbs when we finished, so our quick descent did not seem like we had to leave for a safety or weather issue. Before the hike, we were promised we could take the cable car down if it was running (which is was), but when we asked at the top, Kyle said we wouldn't take the cable car and that we'd simply go down the way we came. He did not give any explanation and just told us to hurry down.

  We all like very much hiking with Kyle his two adorable dogs and he was the best motivator to arrive at the top of Lions head! He was always very... read more attentive of every one of us, especially the kids, and he knows all the trails to avoid the crowd of some passages.
I can say that we would have never done this hike in such a relaxed and fun mood if it wasn’t for Kyle! Thank you very much!!

  This has to be one of the best things to do in Cape Town! If you want to experience Table Mountain, hike to the top with Kyle, it really is... read more a one-off experience. He's very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna and you'll feel totally exhilarated when you reach the top. He also tailors the experience to your fitness level and how comfortable you are with heights. Brilliant!

He also shared some really interesting info about the local plants and wildlife, and we had some great discussions. He took some fab photos for us, too! Would definitely recommend this experience.
