Brad was lovely and thoughtful when we’re having difficulties. He made sure that everyone is safe and entertained along the hike. This hike tour is great for those who are adrenaline-junkies!   Amazing guide and experience! Kyle takes the time to understand your comfort level with hiking and what you want out of the experience. He stopped to point out different... read more aspects of the city and the mountain, and he was flexible when weather required us to reschedule. The snacks and tea/coffee he provided were not only delicious but provided a look at what locals enjoy. His communication was also excellent. All in all, we felt we were in great hands and would highly recommend this experience.

He... read more was on time, explained everything in advance, and then was flexible all along the way. Our son and I hung back to go a little slower. My husband and Kyle went to the summit. Maoti said it was amazing - the views, the descriptions/explanations, and his level of fitness... but he said the best part was the conversation and companionship. He said Kyle was a "really nice guy, and we shared a lot about being fathers and our lives... it was really great."
