Idrees was AMAZING in providing support for the team during these sections. Minus one point as Kyle felt like a saleperson trying to sell me his other tours and offering an over priced car pickup, which made me lose trust in him as an individual. Thankfully he wasn't the lead on the hike!

He was knowledgeable about everything and flexible throughout. We had different athletic levels within our group and he was able to make it a great expert for everyone and get us great views. Kyle gave us great recommendations about other activities and places to see in Cape Town and was even so helpful in offering assistance and recommendations when our safari was suddenly cancelled.
