I would be reluctant to recommend this experience to someone with a limited fitness level or an overwhelming fear of heights.
I felt the experience was overpriced and did not disclose that there would be an additional expense (of ~$15) associated with using the cableway until the day before the hike. Those with climbing experience would not need a guide. Though, for safety reasons, I would recommend doing it with at least one other person.

You could really get a sense that he loved the outdoors, as well as had a very expansive knowledge of Table Mountain's hike routes, as well as had interesting insights on the mountain's flora as well. I would highly recommend using Kyle as a guide.
