Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden is acclaimed as one of the great botanic gardens of the world. Few gardens can match the sheer grandeur of the setting of Kirstenbosch, against the eastern slopes of Cape Town’s Table Mountain.
We take you on a journey through one of the most spectacular botanical gardens in the world. The guided walk will immerse you in breathtaking beauty and awe-inspiring landscapes. We will take a walk along lush pathways, exploring each of the different areas the gardens have to offer. Your senses will be engaged as you learn about the garden’s history and incredible fauna & flora. This is the perfect experience for nature lovers, photographers and anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the absolute beauty of the garden’s remarkable wonders.
Guided tours of the garden take place from Mondays to Fridays at 10h00, 11h00 and 14h00 and leave from the Visitor Centre which is at (Gate 1).
The are no guided walks on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Each tour takes approximately 90 minutes.
